– New customer, part, and program acquisition – 55%
Manage flow of quotes from customers to sourcing. Includes determining if all information necessary to quote is provided
Collaborate and set pricing on new program (VMI) quotes
Determine inventory starting levels for new customer programs
Act as program manager for new programs (VMI) won
Includes managing cross functional team to ensure successful implementation
Manage customer pricing via ERP contract system
Complete and deliver quotes in conjunction with OSA’s
Expedite quality issues with purchasing and quality teams – 5%
Analyze incoming orders awaiting approval and push to warehouse – 15%
Ensure satisfactory delivery levels for customers with purchasing (99.98% on-time) - 10%
Enter discrete orders for non-VMI parts – 15%
Visit customers as needed with OSA’s or VMI team – as needed
